Whole powdered milk is produced from the normalised whole, pasteurised milk which was in the process of condensation and than spray dried. This product is homogenous and loose. It is white and it contains maximum 26% of milk fat and maximally 4% of water.

Low-fat cocoa – cocoa powder with 10 % cocoa fat is achieved in the process of grinding the cocoa press cake that has been obtained while pressing the non-alcalised cocoa pulp. It is designated for the production of the cocoa coating glaze, chocolate-like creams, confectionery, cakes and other creams. It is an ingredient of may foodstuffs.
